Nexora white papers are institutional position documents and the intellectual property of Nexora Solutions, LLC. By requesting a white paper, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Nexora reserves the right to track distribution of the document, including but not limited to your name, work email, IP address, user-agent, and access metadata associated with both the initial request and any download redemption.
• The download link delivered to your work email is single-use, time-limited, and personal to you. Once redeemed or expired, the link becomes invalid.
• If you require access to the document on a later occasion, you must submit a new request. Each request creates a separate, independently logged audit record.
• The white paper may not be redistributed, reproduced, forwarded, posted, shared, or used to create derivative works, in whole or in part, without prior written authorization from Nexora Solutions, LLC.
