- White Papers (Nexora's PoV): When you request a Nexora white paper, we collect your first and last name, work email, company, role or function, and the specific paper requested. We additionally record the IP address, user-agent, and timestamp associated with both the request and any subsequent download redemption. This information is retained as part of the distribution audit record for that document.
We also collect standard server-side information such as IP address and request metadata for rate limiting and security purposes. This data is not linked to your identity or used for marketing.
Important: Please do not submit patient data, adverse event reports, or other sensitive regulated information through public web forms unless Nexora has explicitly provided a secure, contract-governed intake process.

- Responding to your inquiry: Delivering requested resources (e.g., gated checklists, briefing materials), responding to security review requests, and scheduling executive briefings.
- Deliver requested resources: We use your contact information to send you the requested PDF download link and related service messages (e.g., confirmation of your request).
- Transactional emails: Sending a one-time automated email with the resource you requested. We do not add you to a marketing email list or send unsolicited follow-ups.
- White Paper distribution tracking: White paper download links are single-use, time-limited, and bound to the requester. We log the request, the redemption event, and associated IP and user-agent to maintain an institutional distribution audit trail and to protect Nexora intellectual property. Subsequent access requires a new request.
- Internal business operations: Evaluating engagement interest and managing our sales pipeline.
